Well nothing satisfies and all this death is nothing. With spirits so thick in here, I can barely breathe. You can burn it all now, just to burn the evidence, and you can sift the ashes but you won't find peace.

Earth trapped here left to rust. Under a dying sun that dies just for us.

The distance is time. We follow an invisible star, til fear floods this place, our minds holding us where we are. What we know dilutes, washes away, til there's nothing to tell. Left disintegrated, fading, victims of ourselves.

In relief, in final thrall, burning shadows into the wall.

We're seeking visions, we risk annihilation. Spit shine a globe of glass and hold it to the sky, to magnify the slivered light.
The distance is time, we're covered in dust, devoid of grace. A darkness descends in from the infinite covering dreams with lies to defend. Not one of us will leave this plane. No souls to ascend, noone else to blame.
